Important: Easy Civics Test™ is a study tool. It is not a law firm, immigration consultant, accredited USCIS representative, or U.S. government agency, and nothing on this site constitutes legal or immigration advice. For legal matters about your naturalization, consult a licensed U.S. immigration attorney or a Department of Justice (DOJ) accredited representative.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy Civics Test™ ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Easy Civics Test™ is an online study platform for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization civics test. The Service provides practice questions drawn from USCIS publicly published 2008 (100-question) and 2025 (128-question) civics test banks, USCIS-published translations into supported languages, mock examinations that follow the actual interview pass rule, instant explanations, and progress tracking.

Independence. Easy Civics Test™ is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to USCIS, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. government, or any government agency. References to USCIS, the naturalization test, and related terms are made solely to describe the test you may take and the materials we use to help you prepare for it.

3. Not Legal or Immigration Advice

The Service is for educational and test-preparation purposes only. It does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or any other professional advice. Studying with the Service:

  • Does not initiate, file, or affect a Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization) or any USCIS application.
  • Does not create an attorney–client relationship with us, our operators, or our employees.
  • Should not be relied upon for any decision about your immigration status, eligibility, or filings.

If you need advice on your eligibility, your filing, your interview, or any related matter, please consult a licensed U.S. immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative listed at justice.gov/eoir.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Service is intended for adults preparing for, supporting someone preparing for, or otherwise interested in the USCIS naturalization civics test. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal information without parental consent, please contact us using the email below and we will delete it promptly.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Educational Content Disclaimer (including AI-Generated Content)

All practice questions, translations, explanations, and study materials are provided "as is" for educational and test-preparation purposes only. Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee that the wording, ordering, or scope of our content matches what a USCIS officer will ask you in a real interview.
  • Some answers (e.g., the current President, Vice President, Speaker of the House, Chief Justice, your state's Governor, your state's U.S. Senators, your district's U.S. Representative) change over time. We update these on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee real-time accuracy.
  • USCIS may revise the test, the question pool, or the pass rule at any time without notice. Always verify the current test rules at the official USCIS website (uscis.gov).
  • AI-generated explanations are best-effort study aids, not authoritative answers. They may contain factual errors, omissions, hallucinations, or out-of-date information. You agree not to rely on AI-generated content for any decision affecting your USCIS interview, naturalization application, or any legal matter. We disclaim all liability arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
  • Translations. Where available, multilingual question text and answer translations are sourced from USCIS-published official translations (English, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese). Where USCIS has not published an official translation for a specific item, we use a best-effort translation clearly intended for study only — not for use in any USCIS filing, interview script, or legal document.
  • Use of the Service does not guarantee that you will pass the USCIS civics test or that you will be granted U.S. citizenship.
7. Pricing and Refunds

Pricing. Access to the full question pool and unlimited mock exams is sold as a one-time, lifetime purchase at a price displayed on the Service (currently $12.99 USD, subject to change). Free-tier features are provided at no charge.

No automatic renewal, no recurring billing. The purchase is a single, one-time charge. We do not enroll you in a subscription, free trial that converts to paid, or any other auto-renewal program. We will not bill your card a second time without your separate, explicit authorization. (California Automatic Renewal Law — Bus. & Prof. Code §17602 — and similar state laws are not triggered by this purchase model.)

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or full card details. We retain your transaction ID, the amount paid, and the date for record-keeping and refund handling.

Refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by replying to your purchase confirmation email or contacting aiswingx.com@gmail.com. After the 7-day window, refunds are at our sole discretion. Free-tier usage does not affect your refund eligibility.

Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us for a refund, we may suspend or revoke access to your purchased content.

8. Intellectual Property

USCIS materials (public domain). The official USCIS civics test questions, the USCIS-published "official answer" lists, and the USCIS-published multilingual translations of those questions are works of the U.S. federal government and are in the public domain. We do not claim ownership of those materials and your use of those materials, sourced directly from uscis.gov, is governed by the terms USCIS sets, not by us.

Our original content. We do claim copyright in: (a) our explanations, hints, and study notes; (b) the multiple-choice distractors we wrote and the curated metadata we maintain (such as starred-question groupings, dynamic-answer trackers, and free-sample selections); (c) the user interface, design, brand assets, source code, and the platform architecture of the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of those original materials without our prior written permission.

DMCA / takedown. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to aiswingx.com@gmail.com with: (i) your contact information, (ii) identification of the copyrighted work, (iii) the URL of the allegedly infringing content, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief, (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and (vi) your physical or electronic signature.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract our original content (explanations, distractors, curated metadata, source code, design).
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our original content.
  • Share your account credentials or allow multiple users to use a single paid account.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service's software.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful content.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent paywalls, free-tier limits, or auto-stop rules in mock exams.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and your rights under applicable laws (including the GDPR for EU/EEA/UK residents and the CCPA/CPRA for California residents).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Civics Test™ and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
  • Your USCIS interview, test results, naturalization decision, or any other immigration outcome.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or out-of-date information in our content (including AI-generated explanations and dynamic answers).
  • Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
  • Unauthorized access to your account or unauthorized disclosure of your data, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Civics Test™, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse, or misused the platform. Upon a cause-based termination, access to purchased content may be revoked without refund. You may delete your account at any time by contacting aiswingx.com@gmail.com.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration costs. If you initiate arbitration as a consumer under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, the AAA's filing fee allocated to consumers is capped at $200 (or the then-current consumer fee set by the AAA), and we will pay all other arbitration fees and administrative costs to the extent required by the AAA Consumer Due Process Protocol. We will not seek to recover our attorneys' fees from you unless the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous or brought in bad faith.

Class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and we each waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law (including non-waivable rights under California law).

Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in a U.S. small-claims court for a dispute within that court's jurisdiction in lieu of arbitration.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to aiswingx.com@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

16. Accessibility

We strive to make Easy Civics Test™ accessible to users with disabilities, including conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need an accommodation, please email aiswingx.com@gmail.com and we will work in good faith to address it within a reasonable time.

17. Communications — Email and SMS

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails (verification, purchase confirmation, password reset, security alerts). We do not send marketing email unless you expressly opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. We do not send SMS / text-message marketing without your prior express written consent (Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. §227). All marketing email, where ever sent, will include our valid physical mailing address as required by the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §7704).

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power failures, government actions, pandemics, or cyberattacks.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
